Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Order cancellation requests are eligible for a full refund prior to shipment so long as the request is made within 24hrs of order placement.

If a package is returned due to an unclaimed status or delivered to an invalid address at no fault of our own, a refund will not be issued. In addition, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.   When placing an order, shipping insurance is available for purchase. Claims related to lost packages, for which the carrier supplies proof of delivery, cannot be guaranteed. Claim approval will only grant replacements. 

There are certain circumstances where a replacement will be considered on a case by case basis, these include but are not limited to the receipt of:

  • INCORRECT PRODUCT
  • DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive the wrong product(s) or product(s) arrive with visible defects, please do not remove any product tags or labels as product(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Immediately take photos of the issue and send them to contact@thebcollection.co, to initiate a claim.

Claims must be submitted within 24hrs of items having been marked as delivered. Failure to do so, will forfeit claim request. After submitting a request, if accepted, you will have 3 days, 72hrs from time of approval notice to provide evidence of the return having been postmarked at the post office.

Once the return is received, please allow time for the item(s) to be inspected and approved. Only after will you be contacted by our help team.

Shipping Time

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.

We try to get to orders out as quickly as we receive them, however, fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions.

Standard delivery takes 7-10 days after completion of order processing. Processing begins the business day AFTER you place your order (if you order on a Friday, processing will begin on Monday). You will receive a tracking number for your package once it is shipped. After a package ships, the only information we can provide regarding its location is the same information that can be viewed on the carrier’s website. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control.
