Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Order cancellation requests are eligible for a full refund prior to shipment, so long as the request is made within 24 hours of order placement.

If a package is returned due to an unclaimed status or delivered to an invalid address at no fault of our own, a refund will not be issued.

Replacement Eligibility

There are certain circumstances where a replacement will be considered on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to the receipt of:

• INCORRECT PRODUCT
• DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive the wrong product(s) or product(s) arrive with visible defects, please do not remove any product tags or labels. Product(s) must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Immediately photograph the issue and send the photos to contact@thebcollection.co to initiate a claim.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of items having been marked as delivered. Failure to do so will forfeit your claim request. If your claim is accepted, you will have 3 days (72 hours) from the time of approval notice to provide evidence that the return has been postmarked at the post office.

Once the return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for the item(s) to be inspected and reviewed. You will be contacted by our team once a decision has been made.

Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance through Route at checkout — it is not automatically applied and must be selected at the time of purchase. Only orders for which insurance has been purchased will be covered in the event of loss, theft, or damage in transit.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact Route directly to file a claim, as they are responsible for insuring your package for the fee paid at checkout.

If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance at checkout, we assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly encourage all customers to add Route protection at checkout for peace of mind.

Shipping & Processing Times

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis prior to processing.

Please note that fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as product launches, holidays, and special promotions.

Here is what to expect after placing your order:

1. Processing — Orders are processed within 1–10 business days. Processing begins the business day after your order is placed (for example, if you order on a Friday, processing will begin the following Monday).

2. Shipping — Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from the date of shipment.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Entering an incorrect or incomplete address can result in delays or lost packages. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout — so take a moment to make sure everything looks right before you hit place order.

After a package ships, the only information we are able to provide regarding its whereabouts is the same tracking information available on the carrier’s website. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other circumstances outside of our control.
